Retrieve a lost password

If you can't remember your password, this article will guide you through the process of setting a new one.

It happens sometimes… With all the websites that we are using on a daily basis, not remembering a password is a common problem.

We recommend you use a password manager (1Password, LastPass, etc…) to stay on top of your passwords, and make sure that they are unique and safe.

Here are the steps to reset your password if you find yourself locked out of your account:

3. Fill in your email address

Make sure that you use the same email address you used to create your account. If you aren’t sure anymore which address you used during the registration process, search your emails for “Exit Live” and see to which email address they were sent to.

You’ll receive an email with a link. Click that link, and you’ll be asked to enter a new password for your account.

That’s it! You’re done.

P.S.: We ask you to set a new password and don’t send or show the old password to you, because we never store the password in plain text in our database. All our passwords are encrypted and nobody (not us nor hackers that could gain access to our database) are able to see them.
